With our own portfolio of properties built up since 1994, our experience of local Letting Agents needed some improvement! We felt that the CM postcode area needed a Letting-Only agent who delivered an honest and professional service to both Tenants & Landlords at a realistic price. And so the company was created in 2003 by Michael  & Susannah Saville to provide a Letting & Management service to increase the reputation of local Letting Agents. We feel we have achieved this and much more.

We have now developed a reputation of QUALITY, HONESTY, RELIABILITY and a PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGABLE SERVICE. In June 2006, we became members of ARLA, the Association of Residential Letting Agents, providing you with 'Client Money Protection', ARLA qualified and regularly trained staff, Professional Indemnity insurance and working to a strict code of conduct.

We are also members of the TPO, giving Tenants and Landlords a free, fair and independent service for dealing with any unresolved disputes between us.

We specialise in Letting and Relocating for Quality Professional Tenants into New, Nearly New or Modernised Homes.

To attract lots of good quality tenants, when advertising your property for rent, we publish multiple internal photos, floorplans, detailed property descriptions, aerial views, links to local schools, walking distances to local amenities and other local information.
