If you are interested in buying an existing property which is on the market for sale (perhaps one of our Let4Sale range), we are happy to  advise you of a guide rental price. You can even send us property details by e-mail or fax or visit us at our head office. Alternatively, we can look at the property details over the internet if it is displayed on a website such as rightmove.co.uk. We can even come along to a 2nd viewing with you to advise a more definite rental price and offer guidance to whether it is a good rental investment or not. Naturally, we would then appreciate the opportunity to rent it for you if you go ahead with your purchase.

We regularly visit New Developments (by National Developers & Local Builders) and after our inspection, if we feel that a development offers good rental potential then we will produce our unique Rental Valuation list based upon our knowledge of demand for Letting in the local area. This can often be at Plan Stage before the properties are offered for general sale, so you can often be the first to buy at the next exciting New Development before anyone else!
