With IT technology giving instant property information to users via internet & mobile phones, Postal updates & Newspaper advertising are bound to become a thing of the past, being out of date information even before the envelope lands on the doorstop or the newspaper is printed!

cmRENT are already prepared for the future and in many ways are dictating it. We have assisted our software company & website developers in the development of our website, mobile site, software & IT systems by constantly requesting features that we feel will enhance the service we give to both our Landlords & Tenants. Our software & website developers have responded excellently and have provided many of the features we have asked for and they have an ongoing plan of enhancements for the future.

We have been updating our potential Tenants via e-mail & text since 2003 and we have always put emphasis on having an easy to use and informative website which has constantly been one step ahead of our competition with it’s appearance & features.

We have been providing Floorplans, Aerial views and Local Information on many of our advertised properties since 2005 and will continue to find new ways to give as much information to our clients as possible, such as our 'Walkscore' feature which tells tenants the approximate walking distance to many local shops & amenities and cmTV video guides for Landlords & Tenants.

With more people browsing via mobile phones, we have a mobile website and QR codes on our Newspaper adverts and property lists to enable users to access our website quickly from their SmartPhone.

We want to make buying-to-let or simply renting an existing home/property a simple process and take away a lot of the pressures involved. To do this we will be offering more in-house services for Landlords and providing constant legal & practical training for our staff in order to give our clients the best service possible.

We will be expanding into other areas too, with additional offices opening and new areas being covered due to the demand by our Landlords.
