Inspections

If cmRENT are providing a Managed service, we will carry out an Inspection of the property every 3 months, checking cleanliness and general maintenance.

We will write to the tenant normally 1 week before our inspection, to advise you of the date & time. The inspection needs to be carried out in daylight hours and you do not need to be in attendance.

The inspection can take from 10 minutes to half an hour depending on the size & condition of the property.

We carry out a visual check of the property and its condition internally & externally in the case of houses. We will check that the property is in good, clean, working order. We will send a written report to both the Tenant & Landlord with our findings.

Should our findings mean that we require another inspection within a short space of time, we will write to advise you and we may ask you to be present.
