LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR (Full Time - Immediate start)
cmRENT require a Lettings Negotiator to join our Head Office team. You will be required to;
- Deal with email, telephone, website & walk-in enquiries
- Keep in regular contact with registered applicants
- Contact applicants about Properties for Rent
- Arrange & Carry out Property Viewings
- Have a good knowledge of the area
- Give constructive feedback to Landlords
- Negotiate between Landlord & Tenant to agree Lets
- Leaflet areas to promote awareness of cmRENT
- Get involved with Seasonal Promotions
You must be very driven, dynamic, organised, efficient, intelligent and have excellent customer service. All of your work is based around your communication with clients and everything you do is entered onto our Lettings Computer Software so you must also have excellent computer and social skills.
PROPERTY MANAGER (Full Time - Immediate start)
cmRENT require a Property Manager to lead our Property Management team within our Braintree Head Office. You will be required to;
- Deal with Property Management issues from Landlords & Tenants via Telephone & Email
- Arrange & Carry out Quarterly Inspections & Produce Reports
- Liase with Landlord & Tenant relating to Deposit Disputes
- Liaise with our Accounts Team in relation to Landlord & Tenant Accounts
- Find & Vet new Contractors
- Order Maintenance Work from our Approved Contractors
- Deal with Insurance Claim Maintenance Work on behalf of Landlords
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to be considered for this role. You must be very organised, efficient and have great customer service. All of your work is based around our Lettings Computer Software so you must have excellent computer skills and understand computer systems.
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (Temporary Maternity Cover - Start May/June 2012)
cmRENT require a temporary Accounts Assistant to assist our Accounts Manager within our Braintree Head Office. You will be required to;
- Deal with Accounts issues from Landlords & Tenants via Telephone & Email
- Process Rent Payments received from Tenants & Pay to Landlords
- Chase overdue Rent Payments and communicate such to Landlords
- Process Rent Guarantee Insurance Claims & Attend Court where necessary
- Liaise with our Proeprty Management Team in relation to Landlord & Tenant Accounts
- Process Contractor Invoices
You must be very organised, honest, efficient, have great attention to detail & customer service. All of your work is based around our Lettings Computer Software so you must have excellent computer skills and understand computer systems.
All of these positions offer;
- Based at our modern Head Office in Freeport, Braintree
- 20 days holiday per year PLUS Bank Holidays
- 5 days/40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
- ARLA and in-house Training provided
- Salary & Commission dependant upon experience
- Use of Pool Car as required for the position
