Michael Saville MARLA

Michael was born in Great Baddow, Chelmsford and has a love for golf, football (Spurs), property and of course his wife, Susannah! He created cmRENT in October 2003 and has developed the business to reflect the experiences he had as a landlord with properties in Burnham-on-Crouch, Chelmsford, Colchester & Braintree. Michael runs the business with his wife Susannah and is very hands-on, carrying out all valuations, pre-move-in checks and even viewings in busier periods.

Susannah Saville MARLA

Lettings Director

Susannah was born in Braintree and loves to keep fit, shop & cook! Susannah has experienced life as a landlord of her 1st property in Braintree at the tender age of 21. She spent her early years learning from her dad's carpentry & general building skills and now runs cmRENT's Property Management department. Michael & Susannah married in June 2008 and have 2 lovely cats, Ami & Bailey!!

Sue Lyne

Accounts Manager

The 'Auntie' of the team, Sue worked in Estate Agency in her earlier years, and as an Accountant within the manufacturing industry as well as running a large team within one of the UK's largest publishing companies. Now taking advantage of a less stressful (?!) working environment, she is putting her experience and knowledge of Accounting & Customer care to full use within cmRENT.

Laura Wilkins MARLA

Lettings Manager

Laura was born in Lexden, Colchester.  She loves cooking and karaoke!!  She has had experience as a tenant in the past and now owns her own home. She, therefore, understands a tenant’s needs and is able to resolve any issues that may arise.  Laura has been with the company since December 2005 and was promoted to Lettings Manager in June 2007. Laura has attended many ARLA courses and obtained her MARLA qualification in 2007.

Caroline Neale

Caroline has lived in the Braintree area since 1988 and her background is in accounting with a BA Hons degree in Taxation & Revenue Law. She brings a very good attention to detail to our Lettings team and being a tenant herself, she understands the Tenant's perspective when renting a property. Caroline has attended ARLA courses to build on her knowledge of the Lettings industry.

Simone Boniface

Simone has lived in Braintree since 1990 and enjoys running and walking her dog "Smudge". Simone's family are property Landlords and she has added to her knowledge gained from them with on-the-job training and ARLA courses in Legal & Practical matters regarding Letting since joining cmRENT in March 2008.

Jane Raven

Jane is Michael's new mother-in-law and must be obeyed at all times! Jane has lived in Braintree most of her life and has worked in local banks and shops giving excellent customer service to all she encounters. Jane loves her fine wines, Bingo, Roulette wheel and always wins at Cards... Not quite an addict, but she's working on it!!

Megan Godbold

Megan has lived in different areas of Chelmsford & villages but won’t admit how many miles she has on the clock ! However, she has life experience as a home owner, Landlord and Tenant so she is able to lend an empathetic ear to all! With a very keen interest in property (we're sure she knows more than Kirsty Allsop!) and excellent knowledge of Chelmsford and surrounding areas, Megan will make it her quest to find tenants the right property and give Landlords the service she would expect herself. Megan has attended ARLA courses to give her the practical and legal knowledge required in her role.

Morgen Scrace

Morgen knows Braintree and Halstead areas like the back of her hand so can give the best advice on all properties in these areas. Originally from the travel industry, Morgen has taken her experiences of dealing with customers in this area very successfully to the Lettings industry. Being a Tenant herself, she is very aware of a Tenants requirements when looking to rent a good quality property. Morgen has attended ARLA courses to give her the practical and legal knowledge required to give the best service to Tenants & Landlords.
