These spacious offices enable us to continue to improve the quality Letting service we have been providing to our Landlords & Tenants since 2003.
The Head Office is spacious, air conditioned, has 2 modern Kitchens, 2 Bathrooms, modern telephone systems to direct your call through to the right person quickly, computer network systems, lots of storage space, separate Landlord & Tenant discussion areas. We have Disabled access & facilities, a meeting room, rest room & ample parking for our staff & visitors. We operate a No Smoking policy for all our rented properties and likewise, in and around our office.
From the Head Office we carry out all our Administration & Property Management, for properties in all the CM & CO postcode areas we cover.

We have dedicated staff to carry out Valuations & Viewings, Property Management, Lettings Administration and Accounts. Each staff member has their own bright & spacious air conditioned office space with interlinked computer & telephone systems ensuring we work efficiently and comfortably and in turn, our clients will benefit from this.
