Quality Tenants

cmRENT have always insisted on the best quality properties which in turn attracts good quality Tenants who will respect and take of the property as if it were their own home.

To aid this, we insist on a No Smoking policy in all our properties, and have done so since November 2004.

We carry out References on each Adult Tenant to ensure they are credit worthy. We obtain ID for each tenant. They must earn at least 2.5 times the rent and their job must be stable. We check they have paid their rent on time and have been a good tenant in any previously rented property. We also obtain Rent Guarantee Insurance for the Landlord in case of any non-payment fo rent. If the Tenants fail the referencing, we cannot get the Rent Guarantee Insurance. The only possible way forward is if the Tenant pays rent for the whole Tenancy term in advance.

We do not allow pets in any properties without the consent of the Landlord.

We do not allow sharers to rent any properties without the consent of the Landlord.

We do not allow Tenants who are reliant on Housing Benefit to rent any properties without the consent of the Landlord.
