If you are Relocating from overseas, before we can proceed with a Tenancy, we will require the following documentation from you in addition to completion of our standard Credit / Reference application forms;

  1. A copy of your Passport
  2. A copy of your 'Contract of Appointment' or 'Job Offer Letter' from your UK Employer, confirming;
  3. The start date and duration of your employment
  4. Your basic salary + any bonuses / commission

NOTES:

  1. If you cannot provide this information, an acceptable UK based Guarantor (earning 3 x the rental income) will be required. Alternatively, you will be required to pay the full rental term in advance PLUS our normal Dilapidation Deposit.
  2. If your Company or Relocation Agent insist on using their own Tenancy Agreement, we will not be able to proceed with a tenancy of any of our properties. Please ensure this is acceptable before arranging any viewings.
