Rent Guarantee Insurance

We believe that Rent Guarantee Insurance is vital to protect you in the event of unpaid rent by a tenant who stays in your property, particularly in the current financial turmoil. This is not a new thing for us; we have provided Rent Guarantee Insurance cover within our Let Only and Managed services since 2003.

We have partnered with Endsleigh to bring you special Rent Guarantee Insurance and Legal Expenses cover. Make sure your rental income is protected - Endsleigh's policy provides legal defence, legal prosecution and rent arrears cover.

This policy covers you in the unfortunate event of unpaid rent whilst your tenant is still residing in the property and specifically covers;

• Either 6 or 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancies where tenants are Referenced by Endsleigh's Comprehensive PLUS assessment
• Legal Costs & Expenses up to £25,000 per claim for;
  • Repossession of your property
  • Rent Recovery
• Rent Guarantee Cover;
  • Maximum of £10,000 rent payable per month
  • 4 months cover on a 6 month tenancy or 8 months on a 12 month tenancy
