All offers of discounted rates will have Terms & Conditions applied to them. Unless stated otherwise, all advertised offers will have the following Terms & Conditions applied;

1. All discounts or price reduction offers apply to standad published fees only, not already discounted fees
2. All offers start and expire on the dates specified and cannot be used before or afterwards
3. All offers are limited to 1 discount/price reduction per property or per tenancy
4. All offers apply to new tenancies taken up during the offer period, cannot be applied to existing tenancies
5. All discounted/reduced fees will revert to the standard published fees once the tenancy has expired
6. All offers apply to the services stated
7. Hot-Spot offers are for new clients only, not existing clients
8. All offers DO NOT apply to our DIY letting service
9. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
10. All offers are subject to vat at the current rate
