We see a lot of agent's websites and I would like to comment that I find yours very easy to navigate through. The property descriptions and photographs are very informative and the search facility works very well. The website also looks attractive.

The team at cmRENT have always been proactive and totally committed to ensuring that my Tenants are happy, dealing promptly and efficiently with any problems, large or small. They can always be trusted to act in my best interests, as I spend a great deal of time outside of the UK, this is one thing I no longer have to worry about. I cannot commend them highly enough.

I have been very pleased with the service from cmRENT whilst I look to buy my own Home. The Home they provided was very modern and it was decorated to a high standard. Their fees were less than my previous Letting Agent and they always did what they said!

At last we can have faith in the Letting Agent market. We are very impressed with the extremely fast response to advertising our property. Where as certain agents have taken days and sometimes weeks, cmRENT took only hours! The website looks great and is fully comprehensive. We had seen a few Homes advertised with other Agents but they didn't inspire us, so we spoke to cmRENT. We liked the way they dealt with our initial enquiry and they found us the perfect Home. We dealt with Susannah Raven, their Lettings Manager from start to finish and we were very impressed with the way she handled the whole process. I currently rent a 2 bedroom apartment in Braintree through cmRENT. My girlfriend is moving in with me and we now want a larger house.

We looked at many properties with cmRENT and other agents in Braintree. The difference in the types of properties and the service received was amazing! Some agents were unfriendly and unknowledgable, others were just rude!

cmRENT have acted very professionally throughout my current tenancy and whilst searching, they have shown me some very good quality properties. Their website shows me all the information about each property and they send me new properties regularly by e-mail. At the viewings they are polite, friendly and are able to answer questions about each property and spend as much time with us as we need, not making us feel rushed or pressured.

They truly are the best local Letting Agent in my experience.
