'TO LET' boards are a very productive way of attracting Tenants to your property.
Even if you live in a cul-de-sac it is well worth having a 'To Let' board displayed outside your house. Neighbours will talk to friends, family & work colleagues who may be looking to rent and it may find you the tenant you are looking for.
In prominent locations along busy roads you will be amazed at the number of passers by. 1 of them could be your next Tenant on a long journey into work every day, who might be thinking about moving closer to the office. Your property could be the one for them!
There is no denying that 'To Let' boards are also a way of us showing how busy and effective we are. The more boards we can display at advertised properties, the more tenants will look at us before any other agent as they know we will have lots of choice.
