Viewings

We suggest that you start arranging viewings between 2-4 weeks before you would like to move.Accompanied Viewings

Once you have browsed through our properties on this website or in one of our offices and you have found one or more which you are interested in, you can arrange a viewing by contacting us by telephone, e-mail or visit one of our offices.

Nearly all our viewings are accompanied by a member of cmRENT staff dedicated to your area and can be conducted 6 days a week (Mon-Sat). Saturdays are the most popular day for viewings so it is best to book your viewings well in advance. Some viewings can be carried out by the Landlord or the current Tenant but this is quite rare.

For security reasons, we will need to register your full details before we can carry out a viewing. Your details are kept private and not released to any external sources and we will not send you any information if you request us not to. cmRENT cannot conduct any viewings without registering your information. Please assist us with this important aspect of security.

cmRENT cannot chauffeur you to and from your viewings, you must rely on your own transport. On special occasions this can be arranged by prior agreement only.

Our member of staff will be able to explain all the details about the property, the local area and they will be able to answer any questions you have about all aspects of the tenancy & referencing process.

If you do not decide to proceed with renting one of the properties you viewed, a member of cmRENT staff will make a follow-up call to you the day after viewing to obtain your feedback about the property. Please help us to inform our landlords of your feelings about the property so that they can make adjustments to the property or price accordingly.
