ANOTHER cmRENT STAFF MEMBER PASSES THE ARLA TEST

TEST RESULTS ARE IN! 
 
Laura Wilkins is the 3rd cmRENT staff member to pass the ARLA Test in the last 6 months.
 
Michael Saville & Susannah Saville passed with flying colours back in August 2007 and Laura Wilkins passed the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Competency Test with equal competence in November 2007.

The results back up our knowledge and professionalism in Lettings, with Laura, Susannah and Michael achieving 77.5, 78.5% & 85% respectively.

Michael Saville commented, "We were confident Laura would achieve the 60% pass mark. She has developed her knowledge of Lettings with us and attended ARLA legal courses recently which added to her expertise. The test results prove her commitment to providing a professional service to all our Landlords & Tenants."
