TEST RESULTS ARE IN!

Michael Saville & Susannah Saville recently took the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Competency Test.

The results back up our knowledge and professionalism in Lettings, with Susannah and Michael achieving 78.5% & 85% respectively.

Susannah Saville commented, "The test was tough but we were both confident of achieving the 60% pass mark. The test covered much of the legal aspect of Tenancy Law and practical examples too."

"Laura Wilkins will be undertaking the test in november so she knows the score she has to beat now!"

ARLA run a series of courses on Letting which all of the cmRENT staff will be attending to improve their legal and practical knowledge in order to provide an even better service to our Landlords & Tenants.
