Due to continued growth, cmRENT are advertising for 1 additional Team Member & 1 temporary member for Maternity Cover at our Braintree Head Office.

"The rental market continues to grow and we are Managing more and more properties for our Landlords to give them more time to enjoy their life." said Michael Saville, MD. "We now Manage over 450 Properties from 1 beds to 6 beds in Chelmsford, Braintree, Witham, Dunmow & Colchester. This means we now require an experienced Property Manager to continue providing the excellent cmRENT service that our Landlords & Tenants love."

 

Paul Buck, our Braintree Office Manager added, "The ideal person will have at least 2 years of Property Management experience and have an excellent customer service ethic."

He added, "It's a difficult job, keeping Landlords & Tenants happy when something goes wrong with their property or with their tenancy. The successful applicant needs to provide an efficient, professional service. The rewards are great, when you get a thank you from a client who is pleased with the effort you have gone to, to provide them a service. That's a great feeling."

 

The 2nd vacancy is for temporary Maternity Cover for Nicola Miller, Accounts Assistant, who is pregnant expecting her 1st child in June 2012. The suitable person will need Accounts experience, ideally in Lettings Accounts. Full training will be given by Nicola and Adrian Barrett our Accounts Manager, in a suitable hand-over period and the position could become permanent at the end of Nicola's Maternity leave.
