Unfortunately after 2 years of service with cmRENT, our current Lettings Negotiator at our Braintree Head Office, Ruby Bronze, is joining her family's business.

Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic and driven person to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator.

cmRENT are the leading Letting Agents in the area, covering Braintree, Dunmow, Witham & Halstead, and we are growing at a rate which defies the current economic climate. We let approximately 600 properties per year from our 2 offices and strive to keep our professional standards up at all times to ensure we provide the best possible experience to our Landlords, Tenants & Suppliers.

You will need to be very organised, efficient, intelligent and give excellent customer service, with a friendly manner in person and on the telephone. We will provide in-house training and also provide ARLA training courses to help expand your knowledge of the Legal aspects of Lettings & Property Management.

Experience in Lettings or Property is required so that you hit the ground running and prove your worth to the company very quickly. Salary is dependant upon experience and is subject partially to commission for hitting targets set on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. A pool car is also provided for business use.
